Job description

Job Scope:

• Maintaining well business relationship with existing customer

• Locates new and potential customer

• Dealing with in-coming inquiries within your territory by providing process flow, TDS, SDS,
  quotation and other related documents.

• You will be reporting to our AGM and providing support to our Japanese AGM when there is
  a language barrier

• Calculation skill is needed to calculate running cost, profit margin.

• Report the status of your customer to our management regularly.

• Some technical would be required (On job training will be provided), you are expected to
  help customer solve their technical issue or provide adequate technical explanation.

• On site work is required such as simple machine installation/ maintenance. Monitoring
  complicated machine installation (perform by engineer) and report the status to customer
  and our management.

• Frequent travelling is required (ASIA).

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your superior.

• Overtime is not often, but might be required if customer request.

• Self-organised and have responsibility for the business inquiries from your region.

• Well planning and time management. Sort out the priorities of your task.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in chemistry related/ electronics and electrical engineering/ business

• Passionate in electroplating industries and willingness to learn

• Possess a valid driving license is preferred

• MS word/excel/power point is a must, especially excel

• Proficiency in multiple language is preferred

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

• Having background of printed circuit board is preferred
