Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Chemical Sales Engineer to join our team at Synergychem Pte. Ltd. Working under the guidance of the Business Development Director, this role involves identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for strategic sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Director in implementing strategies to grow Synergychem’s market presence and achieve business objectives.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote long-term engagement.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Assist in participating and organising trade fairs
- Coordinate with the marketing and leadership to execute campaigns and promotional initiatives effectively.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with client data and activity logs.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute suggestions to optimise business strategies.
- Option to be based locally or in China.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, or at least two (2) years of experience and/or training in the polymers, chemical, or manufacturing sectors
- Must be able to understand Polymer technologies and self-driven to pick up new knowledge and upcoming trends.
- Possess excellent verbal, communcation, presentation, leadership and management skills.
