Job summary

SHARE RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Quality Technician (Chemical) to support production shift testing, prepare reagents and sampling glassware, and ensure QC documentation is up to date. You will work on analytical methods and contribute to process improvements.

Candidates should have a NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related certs and practical experience with GC, GPC, FTIR, gel analysis, Karl Fischer and titration.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• Analytical techniques such as GC, GPC, FTIR, gel analysis and Karl Fischer preferred.
• Highly motivated with ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Understand quality policy and basic QC rules.

Responsibilities

• Support production shift team with sample testing.
• Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, ampule, gel bottles and glassware.
• Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment.
• Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review and revise QC process flow, control plan and SOP for analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complaints.
• Investigate root cause and take corrective action plan.
• Plan analytical process modification and analytical process change.
