Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Process Technician to work in a cleanroom environment in Singapore. The role involves preparing wafers for experimentation, handling wafers, and operating SEM and plasma cleaning equipment while recording process conditions.

Applicants with or without experience are welcome. Diploma in Engineering disciplines is required; training will cover etching and analysis systems. The position offers weekdays only and is based near Kent Ridge MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, or other Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in process, prepare wafer for experimentation, etching process and analysis machine problem.
• Experience to perform maintenance, SEM and plasma clean.

Responsibilities

• Working in the Cleanroom environment.
• Prepare wafers for experimentation including cleaning.
• Handle load wafers and prepare reactor for experimentation; clean reactors.
• Perform and prepare cross section samples for SEM analysis.
• Record process conditions and observations.
• Manage routine maintenance procedures (flash, plasma clean etc.).
• Operate laboratory process equipment and instrumentation.
