Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes at Jurong Island, working closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, EHS and Quality teams to enhance efficiency and reliability of plant operations.

The ideal candidate holds a chemical engineering degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities and familiarity with SAP. You will drive process improvements and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or petrochemicals.
Experience in process improvement and plant operations.
Knowledge of process safety and QA systems.
SAP experience is advantageous.
Professional certifications such as Six Sigma or HAZOP are advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production processes to meet quality and financial targets.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements.
Work with adjacent departments to minimize non-conforming materials.
Provide process engineering support for capital projects.
Develop and monitor process metrics and reporting.
Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives.
