  • Salary Range: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month
  • Bonus & Rewards: Contractual AWS (13th Month Bonus) + Performance-based incentives

About the Role
As a Process Engineer (Chemical) , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, effective risk management, and the successful introduction of new products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Lead the implementation of new or revised processes, collaborating with stakeholders
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
  • Ensure plant operations align with design specifications and industry standards
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Monitor process performance through regular checks and briefings
  • Provide training and guidance to engineers and technicians on new or updated processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in chemical process engineering
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ISO 9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000 standards; experience with internal audits
