Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Process Technician with a chemical background to monitor and optimize plant operations, perform inspections, and ensure safe, compliant running of the incineration-related processes.

You will operate forklifts, track performance data, and report abnormalities while maintaining daily records; a minimum of two years' experience and a NITEC in Chemical Engineering or equivalent are required, along with a forklift license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Process Technician (chemical background).
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations, conduct equipment inspections every two hours using the Field Operation Checklist, and promptly report abnormalities.
• Monitor oil sludge hopper, wastewater, and waste solvent tank levels, replenishing as required and notifying the Supervisor/Team Leader when levels are low.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to handle and transfer oil sludge, clear fly ash bins and slag containers, and replenish sand for the fluidizing bed incinerator.
• Monitor and record plant operating parameters, ensuring the incinerator and associated equipment operate within required conditions.
• Regulate liquid waste treatment capacity, compile and review daily operational reports, and maintain accurate plant performance records.

• Basic Up to: $2700, Gross $4000 - $4700 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport
• Tuas
• Working hours (12-hour rotating shift): Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm) / 4 Day Shift (8am – 8pm), 4 Night Shift (8pm – 8am); 1 Off Day and 1 Rest Day

Your Responsibilities: -
