Job responsibilities:

• Process Development & Troubleshooting– Develop and maintain SOPs, process control systems, and troubleshooting measures for manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance– Investigate and resolve quality and EHS issues, lead corrective actions, ensure GMP compliance, and uphold good data management practices.
• Product & Process Transfers– Lead or support product transfers, ensuring seamless transitions between sites and process teams while providing technical guidance.
• Continuous Improvement & Training– Identify and implement process/equipment improvements, train personnel on operations and compliance, and ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards.
• Stakeholder Communication & System Ownership– Communicate process updates, own key equipment/GMP systems, and support audits with compliance evidence.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields
• 1 to 2 years of API Plant experience
