A restaurant in Singapore seeks a skilled cook specializing in authentic South and North Indian cuisine. The role involves preparing food items, creating new recipes, and catering for large events. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts and assist with beverage preparation. Strong teamwork and creativity in Indian cooking are essential.
- Able to prepare authentic South and North Indian food items in our menu as per our unique recipe and taste requirements
- Able to prepare the raw materials and pre-preparations for all south and north indian food items in our menu
- Able to invent and create new and creative recipe of south indian and north indian food items
- Able to cook for large party catering events and for buffet events
- Able to work as a team with other cooks and support
- Able to work in rotating night and day shifts
- Able to create cocktails and mocktails and assisit the bar tender
- Able to prepare all kind of indian hot and cold beverages
