We’re looking for talented and entrepreneurial Chef Partners specializing in Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian cuisine to join our team. This is an opportunity to co-create and grow a brand, contribute to menu development, and lead a kitchen team with a focus on quality and consistency.
Job Description:
• Design menus, standardize kitchen processes, and manage food costs effectively.
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Drive product R&D and introduce seasonal menu updates.
• Participate in profit-sharing and contribute to long-term brand development.
Requirements:
• Mastery of at least one relevant cuisine (Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian).
• Prior kitchen management experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building a brand together.
• Strong focus on hygiene, standardization, and maintaining consistency.
