Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Prepare food items such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to cook menu items
- Follow instructions from executive or sous chef
- Clean stations and manage leftover food responsibly
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Ensure food quality, timely service, and presentation
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation, safety standards
- Maintain professionalism and positive interactions with coworkers and customers
