FNP Cakes Pte Ltd is a premium cake and dessert brand recognized for its high-quality

products across the GCC, India, and now expanding in Singapore. We are looking for skilled

and passionate professionals to join our production team at our central kitchen in Mandai.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are hiring a Chef de Partie – Production who is experienced in baking and preparing a

wide range of pastry components. The ideal candidate must have strong technical

knowledge and hands-on experience in cake sponge preparation, mousse, pastry cream,

brownies, cookies, and other baked elements used in cake production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality cake bases, mousse layers, pastry cream, brownies, and cookies as per recipes.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and hygiene in all baking processes.
  • Work closely with the production head to meet daily targets and maintain production timelines.
  • Follow proper storage, temperature control, and FIFO methods for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor ingredient usage and report stock needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of baking and production experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
  • Hands-on experience with sponge cakes, mousse, pastry cream, brownies, and cookies is essential.
  • Ability to follow recipes and SOPs precisely.
