Job summary

A restaurant in Singapore is looking for a dedicated kitchen staff member to handle daily food preparation and maintain high standards of product quality. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of menu composition, recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
  • Knowledge of standard procedure regarding food preparation, receiving, and storage.
  • Experience in following kitchen brigade chain of command.
  • Comfort with equipment standard functions.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
