Job summary

ATLAS in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the Main Kitchen and lead a section with confident preparation and service. You will support junior chefs and develop consistent, refined European-inspired dishes under senior kitchen leadership.

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will run your section with discipline, execute ATLAS recipes and uphold plating standards while collaborating across the brigade in a bustling venue.

Qualifications

• Senior station experience in hot/Main Kitchen environments.
• Strong technique, organisation and consistency required.
• Willingness to guide and coach junior chefs while learning from seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an assigned Main Kitchen section, ensuring it is organised, prepared and service-ready.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes per ATLAS recipes and plating standards.
• Plan mise en place, manage timing and communicate with Sous Chef and neighbouring sections.
• Guide Commis Chefs with technique and coaching on the job.
• Maintain stock, storage, labeling and rotation; minimise wastage.
• Respond to dietary requirements and guest adjustments while preserving quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment care, and food safety standards.
• Lead by example with a positive, hands-on kitchen culture.
