The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled cook to maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the kitchen at our Bukit Timah / Katong location.

You will ensure consistent cook practice, attractive presentation of meals, and strict adherence to cleanliness and kitchen safety. The role includes cost control, waste minimisation, and taking on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Food hygiene certification is required.
• Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus.

• Maintain high standards of all food preparation and service in the kitchen.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Maintain optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
• Assist in cost control and minimising food wastage.

Salary: $2,800-$3,700
Location: Bukit Timah / Katong

Working Days and Timing: 5.5 Days per week roster

Job Descriptions:

• To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation
• Ensure optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• With at least 1 year of relevant exp
• With food hygiene cert
• Prior experience in Italian Cuisine is a plus
