Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen team member to uphold high standards of food preparation and service, ensuring accurate cooking practices and appealing presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the kitchen.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid food hygiene certificate, and preference for Italian cuisine. You will work a 5.5-day roster at Bukit Timah or Katong, with a salary range of SGD 2,800–3,700 per month.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Food hygiene certificate required.
• Italian cuisine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation
• Ensure optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
