6 Days/Week | Shifts between 8:00 AM – 4:00 AM | 10 Hours/Day incl. Break

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
• Hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations
• Standardize recipes and plating for menu items
• Lead and train kitchen staff, introduce new dishes
• Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen hygiene
Coordinate with operations and procurement on feedback and supply
