About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the Bibik Cafe kitchen team on a 6-month contract basis. This role involves preparing local-style dishes, managing your section efficiently, and supporting the kitchen workflow to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of your assigned kitchen section (mainly light cooking)
  • Prepare, cook, and present local dishes efficiently and consistently
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and adherence to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations and kitchen equipment
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, stock checks, and receiving of goods
  • Collaborate with chefs and service team to meet kitchen and restaurant standards
  • Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Be flexible to assist in other sections as required
Requirements
