Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Hermanos. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and fellow kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and consistent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared efficiently and consistently.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and hygiene practices are followed.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu development, including testing new dishes and making improvements based on feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Head Chef regarding stock needs.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and storage meet the required safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
  • Adapt to changing kitchen demands and maintain composure during busy service periods.
