Chef de Partie

$2200-$2800

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for food preparation.
  • Follow guidelines from Sous Chef / Head Chef.
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at all cooking stations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory and supplies of baking needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and related areas.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.
  • Ensure that guest satisfaction is met.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 1-2 year of F&B experience
  • Valid food hygiene certificate is mandatory
