We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team!
As a Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
Ensure the food produced of highest standard adhering to standard recipe
Ensure the daily operations of the section assigned are maintained.
Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team includes F&B Service Team
Support the Sous Chefs on daily operation
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Culinary
Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel/resort environment
Commit to serving food of the highest quality
Demonstrates culinary skills in various cuisine an added advantage
Ability to maintain hygiene standards
Willing to work shifts
