Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Learning the operation as a management trainee to progress the carrier with growing company.
  • Capable to run the section in charge under operational pressure.
  • Monitoring stock level to assure the day to day smooth operation.
  • Managing the quality of preparation for assigned section.

Requirements:

  • Motivated, willing to learn individual, with good interpersonal skills
  • Passion for food with a creative flair and is result orientated. Able to perform shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.
