Job description

Our partner is an accomplished chef with a storied culinary journey through Europe and Asia. Joining forces with the leading hospitality group in Singapore, he is on track to open a ground-breaking, one-of-a-kind restaurant late 2024. As such, we are now seeking an exceptional Head Chef.

What we're after:

  1. 5+ years of Sous Chef experience in high-calibre restaurants;
  2. Exceptional knowledge of fine dining European cuisines, history, and culture;
  3. Excellent communication skills to direct a large, diverse team;
  4. Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in an opening environment;
  5. A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with the team and inspire them to achieve success;
  6. A flexible, adaptable nature, comfortable to work with ambiguity in a pre-opening setting;
  7. A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.
