Responsibilities
- Ensure all food meets quality standards and is served on time.
- Plan the menu and design plating presentations.
- Coordinate kitchen staff and assist as required.
- Hire and train staff for menu preparation and cooking.
- Stocktake ingredients and place orders as needed.
- Enforce best practices for safety and sanitation.
- Create new recipes to update the menu regularly.
- Track new industry trends and incorporate feedback.
