Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must undergo basic hygiene course.
- Deep knowledge of curries, Mangalore cuisine, and Chettinad cuisine.
- Capability to design special menus daily.
- Ability to work in hot surface environments.
- Willing to work shifts and on public holidays.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and health department compliance.
- Experience in managing staff, purchasing stock, plating design, safety, and sanitation.
