Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Must undergo basic hygiene course.
  2. Deep knowledge of curries, Mangalore cuisine, and Chettinad cuisine.
  3. Capability to design special menus daily.
  4. Ability to work in hot surface environments.
  5. Willing to work shifts and on public holidays.
  6. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and health department compliance.
  7. Experience in managing staff, purchasing stock, plating design, safety, and sanitation.
