Salary: $4000 to $7000

Work schedule: 6 days work week. OT if needed.

Responsibilities
  • General Head chef responsibilities - Incharge of restaurant menu, oversees kitchen staffs jobscope
  • Well-versed in Thai Cuisine
  • Conduct hands-on culinary demonstrations and workshops for staffs, focusing on Thai cuisine and menu development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to kitchen staffs to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Assess chefs' performance in the kitchen and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure that staffs are well-versed in food safety and hygiene practices.
