Candidates should have over 2 years of experience and skills in team management. The role includes ensuring food safety standards, maintaining stock, and kitchen cleanliness. Excellent communication and creativity in food presentation are essential. This is a 5.5-day work week position.

Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Cook a variety of Western Fusion Cuisine promptly
Work together with the kitchen staff in preparing food ingredients
Ensure compliance with prevailing food safety standards and regulations
Monitor and maintain stock, materials, supplies, and equipment
Ensure cleanliness in the Kitchen promptly
Requirements:
2 years of experience or more in Western Fusion Cuisine and managing a culinary team in a restaurant
Added advantage if you know Asian Cuisine as well.
5.5-day work week
Equipped with an excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses strong skills and mastery of the cooking techniques
Excellent communication skills and a team player
