Job Requirement:-
Experience in Sichuan culinary is a must
Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and proper cooking techniques to achieve the desired flavors and textures.
Job Description:
Washing and Cutting of vegetables and marination of meat and fish.
Oversee the entire kitchen/operations
Must be proficient in Chinese cuisine
Control and guide the food preparation process, ensuring all food quality meets company standards. Revise SOPs as needed.
Analyze customer feedback to improve food quality
Supervise and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Create new seasonal dishes and menus
Monitor inventory levels
Maintain food cost profitability
Efficient workforce planning and scheduling
**Requirements:**
Extensive food knowledge and creative menu planning skills
Excellent communication and management abilities
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, with the leadership ability to guide the team through various challenges
Neat and professional appearance
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in rotating shifts
