Senior Chef will be required to plan menus, organize, train and lead the kitchen team, in order to ensure the efficient and profitable delivery of desirable food to customers. Optimizing the cooking processes with attention to speed, quality, and delivery. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus, and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
