Prepare, cook, and serve dishes according to the menu and quality standards

Plan daily food preparation and manage cooking schedules efficiently

Ensure food is prepared with proper hygiene and complies with NEA regulations

Manage ingredients, portion sizes, and food presentation

Monitor food stock and assist in inventory control

Minimize food waste and maintain cost control

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment

Handle customers' orders in a polite and efficient manner when needed

Knowledge of local cuisine and cooking methods (e.g., stir-fry, soup-based, fried dishes, etc.)

Familiar with food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive working attitude

Willingness to work night shift or split shift

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed
