Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to restaurant specifications.
• Prepare: chop vegetables, slice meats, measure ingredients, and follow assigned recipes during service.
• Manage station setup and stock workstations; operate kitchen equipment and handle multiple orders under pressure.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness, monitor cooking temperatures, and present dishes neatly before service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety by cleaning surfaces, washing utensils, and labeling/date-stamping stored foods.
• Track ingredient levels, restock stations, and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
