Job Description:

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Cheese Production Workers to join our team. You will operate and monitor machines that cut, portion, and pack cheese products, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate cheese cutting, portioning, and packing machines safely and efficiently
• Set up and calibrate machines according to production requirements
• Inspect finished products to ensure correct weight, size, and quality standards
• Clean and sanitize machinery and work areas according to food safety guidelines
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Assist with loading raw materials into machines and moving finished products to storage
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required – training provided
• Preferably some experience in operating machinery in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and in chilled environments
• Able to follow instructions, SOPs, and food safety standards strictly
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
