Job summary

C & P RENT-A-CAR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a responsible driver to support daily operations in Singapore. You will transport staff and clients, plan efficient routes and keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.

You will conduct daily inspections, arrange servicing, and promptly report any defects or incidents. The role requires adherence to traffic laws, reliability, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good driving record and knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Be punctual, responsible, reliable and well-groomed.
• Possess good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Able to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
• 5 work day per week

Responsibilities

• Drive the employer, management, clients and other designated personnel to their destinations safely and punctually.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays.
• Provide pick-up and drop-off services as assigned.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, tidiness and presentability at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including tyres, fuel, lights and general condition.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents or incidents promptly.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and professional driving standard.
• Ensure passengers' safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, parking fees and other expenses.
• Submit receipts and vehicle-related documents to the relevant department.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks when required.
• Assist with errands, deliveries and collection of documents when assigned.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the employer or management.
