Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow Chauffeur Drive accounts, maximizing revenue and client satisfaction. You will identify opportunities across inbound operators and corporate sectors while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for efficient operations.

The role requires strong pricing acumen, outstanding communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport operations, or hospitality/Chauffer Services.
• Strong understanding of commercial pricing structures and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximise all Chauffeur Drive accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and maintain key client relationships to expand Avis Budget’s profile in Chauffeur Drive, short-term rental, and leasing markets.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities across inbound operators and corporate sectors.
• Oversee relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and maximum profit from each Chauffeur Drive transaction.
• Monitor and reconcile client billing and supplier invoicing to control costs and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and high service standards across all Chauffeur Drive operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chauffeur Drive clients.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining strong client retention and satisfaction.
• Support and influence positive customer service culture within the wider ABG team.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on performance, market trends, and opportunities.
• Provide tactical recommendations to the General Manager based on data and market intelligence.
• Contribute to APAC-wide initiatives to grow Chauffeur Drive accounts.
• Support vehicle operations, including driving vehicles when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
