Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to act as the primary point of contact for distributors and partners in Emerging Countries. The role focuses on developing channel sales strategies, delivering product demonstrations, and managing complex sales cycles. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for distributors and partners in Emerging Countries.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth through distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and provide application support to both partners and end users.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage complex sales cycles and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience in test and measurement and distribution will be considered.
- >5 years of experience in technical sales and channel/distributor management within the test and measurement industry.
- Strong understanding of test equipment and distribution landscape in the Philippines and Indonesia.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with technical audiences.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
