Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Build joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment with company objective
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance.
  • Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Support joint customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accurately, and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure partner success.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the software/IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint sales activities.
