Job Summary:
The role of a Channel Sales Manager (Offline) is responsible for driving sales through traditional, non-digital channels such as retail stores, distributors, and direct sales teams. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and building strong relationships with offline sales partners.
Job Descriptions:
- Establish and manage a clientele base while maintaining good working relationships with offline key partners such as Courts, Harvey Norman, and Best Denki.
- Work with E-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure marketing strategy and promotions for online and offline platforms are complementary and minimize sales cannibalization.
- Plan & develop sales strategies to achieve monthly projected targets.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
- Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports for management’s review.
- Prepare quotations for potential clients.
- Attend to clients in a proactive manner, ensuring that their expectations are met in a timely manner.
- Render simple technical assistance upon request by clients or escalate to the customer support department when required.
- Attend to and follow up on sales inquiries from customers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfillment of customer’s requirements.
- Experience with Small Home Appliances preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on weekends (5-day week).
- Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Independent and proactive individual.
- Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
