Job description

1. Partnership Development & Account Management

  • Expand and maintain partnerships with study abroad agencies, international schools, and language training institutions.
  • Promote cross-border tuition payment products (e.g. tuition remittance, accommodation fees).

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with agency counselors to understand pain points in their service process, especially around payment operations.

3.Payment Process Integration & Solution Delivery

  • Analyze student payment needs (e.g. account details, deadlines, currency) and develop suitable payment solutions.
  • Lead API integration between agency systems and the company’s payment platform, enabling real-time status updates for counselors.

4. Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handle payment-related issues such as refund rejections, FX volatility, or delays.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to prevent disruptions to student applications.

5.Value-Added Services & Data Collaboration

  • Offer real-time payment tracking to help both counselors and parents monitor transaction status.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related qualification
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management from Education Industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
