Channel Sales Manager

1. Channel Partner Management:

• Grow and manage existing channel partners to optimize sales performance.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner success.

• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with channel stakeholders.

2. B2B Sales Development:

• Identify and pitch to eldercare service providers, including active ageing centers, assisted living operators, and eldercare facility operators.

• Develop strategies to expand product adoption and market presence in the professional eldercare space.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to partner needs.

3. B2C Sales & Fulfillment:

• Drive direct-to-consumer sales through the company website and referral partners.

• Manage the complete customer journey—from inquiry to post-sale support.

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and coordinate with logistics and customer service teams.

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce presence on various platforms.

• Monitor and grow our direct sales performance (online and offline) and implement strategies to boost conversions and customer engagement.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within the eldercare electronics or related industry.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, and exceptional communication skills.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients).

• Business travel is required for this position, and the candidate must be able to travel on short notice.

• Excellent reporting skills. Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.

• Self-starter with high initiative, and a high degree of acuity and sensitivity to opportunities in eldercare sector.
