Job description

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to play a fundamental role in our revenue growth objectives. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively within a team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable working with partners, generating interest, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales.
  2. Build positive working relationships with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
  3. Identify and pursue prospects through various lead generation activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling, and referral programs.
  4. Meet with prospects to understand their purchase requirements, decision-making process criteria, and support them to enhance their business through various solutions offerings.
  5. Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
  6. Develop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor activity.
  7. Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
  8. Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on leads.
  9. Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
  10. Prepare costing quotations for customers.
  11. Coordinate with the technical team for the fulfillment of sales contracts.
  12. Ensure smooth delivery to customers by following internal processes.
  13. Provide regular internal reports to superiors to enhance performance.
  14. Maintain good self-discipline.
  15. Be sales-driven, positive, and motivated.
  16. Be composed and meticulous.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Have 1-2 years of experience in IT, Sales, or CCTV Surveillance.
  3. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in general sales and cold calling.
  4. Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment.
  5. Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Experience participating in tenders is an advantage.
  7. Experience with CCTV, video management products, and video analytics is an advantage.
