A leading company in the robotics and automation sector is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to strengthen partnerships and drive sales. The role involves building relationships with system integrators, presenting solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to address customer needs. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 4-5 years of experience in sales channels within the industry, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Scope:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing authorised system integrators and partners, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Present and communicate the value of solutions effectively to potential channel partners, such as robot system integrators, distributors and partners.
Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions that solve channel partner pain points.
Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solution that solve customer pain points
Represent the company at industry events and provide product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Reaching out to potential channel partners through online and offline channels.
Requirements
min. Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
Possess minimum 4-5 years prior relevant working experience in building sales channels and client relationship, preferably from automation / robotics industry
Comfortable in making cold calls or researching and building potential sales leads
Experience in robotic engineering and simulation work is preferred
Good understanding of robotics and automation related products
Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals
Comfortable with travelling internationally for work
