We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to partner with local real estate firms and other channels to promote industrial park projects in Johor. The successful candidate will leverage existing networks, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with agents and tenants to drive business growth in driving tenant signups for industrial parks in Johor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partnerships : Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local real estate firms, agents, and other relevant channels to promote industrial park projects.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agents and tenants, negotiating agreements and contracts that meet company objectives.
  • Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing materials and strategies that showcase the benefits of our industrial park projects.
  • Lead Generation : Identify, qualify, and pursue leads from various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with existing partners, agents, and tenants to ensure long-term collaborations and referrals.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
