We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to make an impact! In this role, you will support sales leaders in gaining market segment share, generating sales, and fostering growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining relationships with company partners such as Panel Builders, Contractors, Distributors, Retailers, as well as ecosystem partners like design firms, electricians, developers, and interior designers that add value to Schneider Electric solutions.

What will you do?
- Own the channel strategy and programs.
- Define market and channel characteristics (size, shape, trends) using tools such as TAM, PAM, SAM analysis. Complete environmental scans to identify dynamics and key business drivers using market analysis tools (e.g., SWOT).
- Identify and target current and potential customers using various tools (e.g., Opportunity/Fit models, profiling tools, Pareto analysis).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive segment plan to support specific sales and marketing initiatives (ROI-focused).
- Understand and apply global market strategies.
- Develop strategies to strengthen market positioning and plan market entry strategies for new markets.
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics to monitor market performance.
- Deeply understand customer needs, including identifying unmet needs, to differentiate Schneider Electric from competitors.
- Expand the customer portfolio by targeting prospects, direct, and indirect customers.
- Assess the viability and profitability of potential opportunities.
- Apply customer qualification and platforming methodologies to target customers, develop action plans, and align resources to increase market share.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across segments, markets, brands, or products.
- Position our business within the market, establishing optimal market coverage and strategies to ensure effective reach with our offerings.
- Define best practices and continuously update commercial policies regarding rebates and MDF.
- Set guidelines and best practices for channel profile evolution, processes, and tools.
- Enhance the channel partner experience through programs such as training and rewards to increase engagement and sales.
- Implement solutions like online learning, instructor-led training, virtual training, job aids, instructional videos, and role-play exercises.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 5 to 8 years of experience in channel marketing or channel sales.
- Proven experience supporting channel sales organizations, especially managing panel builder and contractor channels.
- Product knowledge of Power Products and Home & Distribution equipment (Circuit Breakers, wiring devices, field devices).
- Experience working with panel builders, distributors, retailers, and contractors.
- Previous experience in a multinational corporation within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in low voltage electrical architecture is preferred.
- Experience in building and executing channel programs and plans.
- Understanding of the channel ecosystem and fundamental technology knowledge is advantageous.
- Proactive with a track record of initiating revenue-accelerating initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
- Self-motivated, confident, and tenacious.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and numerate.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
