We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Distribution & Partnerships Manager to drive our growth through effective partnerships and distribution strategies. Reporting to the head of Product, the candidate will have a strong background in channel management, business development, and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our distribution network and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel distribution strategies to increase market share and reach new customer segments.
Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance product distribution and sales.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution channels and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Training and Support: Develop training programs and resources for partners to ensure effective product positioning and sales techniques.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or partnerships in financial service industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distribution channels.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
