Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive growth through strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Scope:


Channel Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners


Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales through channel partners by developing and implementing sales programs
  • Collaborate with partners to create business plans that ensure mutual success
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics


Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the product portfolio


Partner Enablement and Support:

  • Train and support channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and deliver sales and technical training programs
  • Assist partners in marketing activities and lead generation campaigns


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure they are informed about new products, updates, and promotional activities


Requirements


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role in the ICT or cybersecurity industry
  • Experience in the Middle East and/or Europe markets is highly preferred


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity hardware products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
