Role Overview

Executes the company strategy and solution offerings through existing and new channel partners.

The role will be specific to the channel and Panduit business, which may include distributors, system integrators (SIs), installers and contractors, and Value Added Resellers (VARs) within a broad geographic area. The focus is on building awareness of our products and solutions, educating partners on leveraging Panduit products and programs, securing preference for our products, and motivating partners to promote Panduit on discretionary business. Regional responsibilities may include managing multiple channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage, expand geographical reach, and develop focus business segments to achieve sales targets.
  2. Conduct market research in Singapore, develop programs with focus distributors, and grow the channel ecosystem.
  3. Enable and acquire new channel partners through onboarding, training, co-developing opportunities, and implementing channel programs and policies.
  4. Manage distributor relationships through project registration and foster strong relationships with channel partners.
  5. Drive market share growth and displace competitors by understanding channel business processes and aligning with Panduit’s business focus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as an account manager or channel account manager in an IT distribution company with nationwide coverage is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and convincing skills.
  • Ability to manage local channel programs under regional HQ guidelines.
