Role Summary: We are seeking a resourceful and execution-focused professional to support change management and training delivery for the BuyWell Project (under Procurment Team) – our large-scale implementation of a Requisition-to-Invoice procurement platform.
This role will be report to Project Management Office focus primarily on developing change communications, creating training materials, coordinating training logistics, and providing hands-on support to internal stakeholders. Strategic change management leadership will be owned by the core project team; this role complements that by translating plans into action.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Communications Support
- Create change communication materials including emailers, FAQs, posters, infographics, and short leadership messages.
- Assist in preparing leadership decks, internal update slides, and visual content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
- Support localization and review of content to ensure tone and messaging suit FPG’s business audience.
Training Support & Material Development
- Develop and maintain training artefacts such as user guides, video walkthroughs, reference cards, and SOPs.
- Support bilingual formatting (e.g., English and Mandarin), where applicable.
- Coordinate with SI and internal teams for training rollout and logistics.
- Assist in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and provide follow-up support.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal change champions to gather feedback and iterate on communication and training materials.
- Track adoption progress, compile survey or training feedback, and provide admin support for change management reporting.
- Support the documentation of change impacts and lessons learned.

- You are a hands-on executor who takes pride in producing clear, engaging materials.
- You’re a strong communicator, organized, and collaborative—able to work across functions.
- You have supported transformation projects, preferably in digital, ERP, or procurement domains.
- You’re comfortable using digital tools for training and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Training, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in change communications, training coordination, or project support roles
- Experience supporting system implementation projects is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and content tools like Canva, Google Slides, or Figma
- Good writing and formatting skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
