Job description

We looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive inititives and execute comprehensive change strategy, framework and methodology that supports the current transformation project.

Responsibilities:

• Review the impact analysis and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

• Work with Change & Project Managers and Project Stakeholders to embed changes within the business units.

• Ensure change is delivered at the required pace in the GHO/BU to align with the planned benefits.

• Support Project Change Manager in identifying risks associated to the projects and develop risk mitigation tactics

• Identify and manage any anticipated employee resistance to change within the organisation

• Support the design and development of internal communications relevant to change initiatives

• Support the design and delivery of employee training programs relevant to the GHO/BU.

• Ensure Project updates provided on change initiatives to OneFrasers Programme are done as per defined standards

Requirements:

· Proven experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale change management programs, including 5+ years of change management experience

· Expertise in coaching and mentoring change professionals.

· Strong knowledge of change management frameworks

· Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms and user experience strategies.

· Highly experienced in delivering large scale business change activities that are multi-site / country / global.

· Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Ability to clearly articulate messages to different level of stakeholders.

· Ability to work in ambiguous situation, identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively.

· Experience with HR, Finance and accounting systems (SAP/ERP, People Management Software /SuccessFactors, Budgeting & Forecasting Software/IBM Planning Analytics, etc).
