Job description

Duration: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 1-minute walk from Joo Koon MRT
Salary: Up to $7,500/month (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
Content & Communications
• Create change communications (emails, FAQs, posters, infographics, leadership messages).
• Design visuals and slides using PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
• Adapt content to align with FPG’s audience and tone.

Training Support
• Develop training materials (guides, videos, SOPs, reference cards).
• Support bilingual formatting (English/Mandarin) as needed.
• Coordinate training logistics and assist in Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with change champions for feedback and material updates.
• Track adoption, compile feedback, and support reporting.
• Help document change impacts and lessons learned.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, HR, Training, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in change communications, training coordination, or project support
• Prior involvement in system implementation projects is an advantage
• Skilled in MS Office and familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, Google Slides, or Figma
