A leading company is seeking a Change & Training Executive for its procurement transformation project. This one-year contract role involves creating internal communications, delivering training support, and engaging with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in related fields and 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, showcasing strong communication skills and proficiency with digital tools.
Position Title: Change & Training Executive – BuyWell Procurement Transformation
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 1-minute walk from Joo Koon MRT
Salary: Up to $7,500/month (commensurate with experience)
Reports To: Project Management Office
Develop engaging internal comms: emailers, infographics, FAQs, posters, leadership messages
Prepare presentation materials for leadership and internal updates (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides)
Support localization and review of content
Create and maintain user guides, video walkthroughs, SOPs, and quick reference cards
Coordinate training logistics and assist with Train-the-Trainer sessions
Liaise with internal change champions to gather feedback and iterate on training materials
Track adoption and compile feedback/surveys
Support documentation of change impacts and lessons learned
You are a hands-on executor who takes pride in producing clear, engaging materials.
You’re a strong communicator, organized, and collaborative—able to work across functions.
You have supported transformation projects, preferably in digital, ERP, or procurement domains.
You’re comfortable using digital tools for training and content creation.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Training, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in change communications, training coordination, or project support roles
Experience supporting system implementation projects is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and content tools like Canva, Google Slides, or Figma
